Gallery 125 in Trenton will present 52 photographs in the exhibit Current Exposures. The show opens with a reception Sept. 11, 6 to 9 p.m., and continues through Nov. 7. The gallery is located at 125 S.
Warren St. across from the Trenton Marriott.
The photographs were chosen from more than 500 submitted. The juror for this show was Michael Dalton, an associate professor and coordinator of photography at Mercer County Community College. His photography is in the permanent collections of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and in the Yavne Center for the Arts in Israel.
The photographs selected for this show include traditional film, digitally manipulated pieces, alternative processes, and mixed media.
The varied subject matter portrays world travel, social abandonment, and generational conflict, along with the artful depiction of suburban life.
